JoAnn has been with MKK since 2000.  Before joining us she was an office manager at a dental office.  Her main responsibilities are assisting our personal lines customers with their billing, claims, and policy placement.  JoAnn has been married over 34 years.  When she is not at the office, JoAnn enjoys spending time with her two adult children, traveling, and babysitting her granddaughter.
